should we have fitness everyday

Yes we should have fitness everyday,to keep our blood moving while running.Fitness everyday sounds like a pretty good idea,for kids so they can get fit and have exercise and always have fun in doing fitness, fitness can get you active in class. Some people mayn say that fitness is a waste of time. People just go fitness to muck around,when i was doing fitness, it has motivated me to keep my blood going and keep on having fun with fitness. If we had no fitness every morning we will be tired in class,school and at work. I should do fitness everyday, but for my condition  i want to lower the preasure of fitness down, so i will never get breathless every time i do fitness. Fitness is a healthy motivation for younger audience, so they can get inspired in their learning.
