Griaffes are tongued

Most people know that griaffes are the tallest animals.But few know that griaffes also have the roughest ,toughest tougues.The giraffes favourite food is the leaves of the thorny acacia tree. It use s it's very long ,thick tongue to reach around the thorns and pull the leaves off the branches.It's syrupy salvia hepls protect the tonuge and coat any thorns it might swallow.
